- To deliver your orders and provide support.
- To operate your account (order history, faster checkout).
- To send marketing only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe anytime.
Where it lives & who can see it
Your data is stored in a secured cloud database with encryption and strict access rules. Only store staff can view order information. We never sell your personal information. Payment card details are handled entirely by the payment provider (e.g. PayFast) and never touch our servers.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us (see Contact us). We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Order records are kept for 5 years as required by law (SARS), after which they are deleted or anonymised.
