Delivery
- Johannesburg: same-day or next-day for orders placed before 14:00.
- National (South Africa): 2–4 business days via tracked courier.
- Flat fee R65 — and FREE delivery on orders over R500.
- Every order ships sealed with a tracking number, sent to your email and visible in your profile.

Returns & exchanges
- Vape products are hygiene-sensitive: we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed items within 7 days of delivery.
- Faulty or dead-on-arrival devices are exchanged free of charge — message us with your order number and a short video.
- Refunds (where applicable under the Consumer Protection Act) are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
